Just to echo Tanya’s email this was truly a pleasant surprise and not expected this soon. For starters we were referred to you and your team as the best and you came highly recommended, we can clearly see why and we appreciate all the advice and time you poured into our pre-application when we were still thinking about this. Other agents refused to entertain our uncertainty which I don’t blame them, but your approach and service levels were far beyond the norm.
