Dear Reuven, Jessica and Team,

We would just like to write to you to give you our heartfelt thanks for all of your assistance and support in getting our 190 visas granted. The day that I first logged a query via your website, I received a phone call within 10 minutes from Ray who spent quite a while chatting to me about what my options were, what to expect and what was involved. I was given as much time as I needed to consider if it was something we wanted to pursue. At no point did we feel pressurised to make a decision or like we were being swayed in a certain direction so that you could make some money off of us. In fact, Ray told me that this was a massive decision and that before we sign anything, that my husband Donovan and I needed to be on the same page and that we should discuss the pros and cons and make a decision together as a couple and get back to him when we were ready.

Ray took the time to answer our questions and gave us some tips about being CAs in Australia and pointed us in the direction of who could help us become accredited there, this was before we even signed our contract with them.

It took us about a month to decide, but eventually, we decided to sign a contract with Migrate2Oz. Almost immediately we were welcomed and we were sent a whole lot of information telling us what we would need to do, step-by-step. A list of all of the documents which we would need to gather, how to book for the English exam, what the timelines were, etc

We were guided every step of the way and encouraged to keep going (especially when I felt like we would never be able to pass the PTE English exam). Every neurotic email I sent – and there were many, was answered speedily by Jessica who would calm my nerves over and over and over again. I think I was borderline harassing Jessica during the 6-month wait between lodging the visa and getting the grant, but she replied each and every time with reassurance for us to hang in there, it was coming.

We are most grateful for the decision which was made by Migrate 2 Oz to lodge an EOI for both a 190 and a 189 visa. We were only really interested in the 189 visa and couldn’t understand why the 190 was applied for, little did we know that this was our saving grace! If it was not for your decision to put in the EOI for the 190, then I am quite certain that we would never have received an invitation nor a visa grant.

You have been extremely supportive (particularly Jessica) throughout the entire process and super efficient with not a single error made.

We will forever be grateful for your services and will recommend you to family and friends in future. Definitely money well spent!
