An Honest Reflection

Thank you so much for all the help and the guidance you have provided over the last few months. We are grateful for your services and look forward to our new adventure with visas tightly held in our hands. I have left a Google review and it sums up the service as I experienced it. The only criticism I can give, and that I didn’t feel was worth adding to the Google review, was that communication could have been a little more regular from the team. Waiting does get difficult and sometimes I felt that an email, even though no progress on the visa process was made, would have been nice for reassurance. It is not really a criticism as much as a personal preference, but I am sure if we felt it, then others might too. Migrate 2 Oz will definitely be on our recommendation list if we ever need to share our story with friends, family and strangers who might be interested in starting the process. I will be in touch if there is ever a random question that pops up.
